The goal of this blog is to offer ideas for volunteer leaders of not-for-profit organizations who are committed to providing strong leadership, sometimes with limited resources. My hope is that it will encourage dialogue and an opportunity to share practices that worked, ideas that made a difference, and what we see ahead.
The association world is changing. Your members are changing. Leadership and management need to evolve if we are to remain relevant to those we seek to serve.
